Jean Blanc is a senior quantitative engineer with 15+ years across
utilities, industrial R&D, safety standards, and energy analytics. Blanc Quant
Services is the advisory practice built on that record; Blanc Quant Systems is its
sister product company. Both run on one standard: the system must work, measure
itself, and produce evidence.
